Just scheduled the new COVID booster. In the process I had to answer questions about when I had older vaccines (non-COVID). All of those records were in HealthKit and when I look now they're all missing. In fact, everything the Apple Wellness Center did is missing. I did not expect records to ever disappear from HealthKit even if you no longer use a particular provider.
