Someone should combine these two things:
electronwall – a "firewall" I had written for Lightning nodes (LND) that can make rule-based decisions on whether to forward Lightning payments, accept channel openings etc.

Boom, you have your own self-hosted chainalysis for Lightning for free without giving up on your privacy. For payments, check if destination node has funded channels from addresses that are on the list. For channel opens requests, do the same thing.
