Qoto....is blocked by 80% of us, well blocked or silenced in some cases, but I take the most lenient, so silenced.
I assumed that 80% agreement would constitute a pretty solid Tier 0 list among trusted sources, as it's what 80% of server admins think should be blocked. It's just mathematical.
Obviously I'm not among that 80%, but I understand their reasoning.
But beyond qoto...what are the good faith actors on the list who shouldn't be there?
