Was down there last year - they close a portion Ocean Drive (4 or 5 blocks I think) down on the weekends (Fri-Sun) for foot traffic. Hard for those traveling by car hoping to get on a portion of the main strip. But gotta say, way cool for photographers looking for a clean photo unobstructed by cars:-)
