I've had a terrible week.
I didn't realize the scale of cog demand adjusting to diminishing vision.
I am abandoning my attempted prednisone drop as apparently I still have a lot of brain inflammation so completely fell apart (oh and developed some weird ass-ed miserable immune rash on my face).
