Ok so I guess you are on Damus.. unfortunately I am not on iOS and #Damus is the only client I still never used 🥲
You could try to download another client that works well with iOS, it's name is Primal.
I think in the settings option of Damus should be a window to add relays, anyway I checked from #Amethyst (the android client I use) and youbare connected to some big relays, and the Damus one so you should be fine when posting.
