Pushed out an update to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/duckducksocial/
For the web version you can use the OAuth flow now (i.e. you don't need an API Key). Unfortunately I haven't found a good solution for that on the mobile side so you still need an API key for that
