Nuclear power produces no C0₂
A 1000 MW nuclear power plant produces about 2 cubic meters of radioactive waste per year (compared to 900,000 cubic meters of toxic coal ash from an equivalent coal plant)
There is the problem of storing the waste long enough for its radioactive dangers to abate, but at least it's a physically small amount of material
Nuclear is more problematic than solar or wind but it can produce a *lot* of electricity continuously
