Pixels are currently the only devices meeting our hardware requirements due to the combination of iPhone tier security with full production support for an alternate OS.
CalyxOS is a much different kind of thing from GrapheneOS and isn't a hardened OS at all. They don't use all the hardware security features we do and are fine with supporting insecure devices without proper patches or basic security features. They started with Pixels because they used our device support code.
