The opening session had a great overview of #wikidata modeling problems, and potential solutions that are going to be talked about over the next few days.
In summary it seems like the biggest issues are related to conceptual ambiguity and model inconsistency. One way of addressing it to help users learn about & use Entity Schemas which provide modeling patterns:
