I've been thinking I had some variation of long COVID, and perhaps I do. My stamina is still really low, I get winded so easily, my heart rate does funny things sometimes.
But my therapist thinks the fatigue and sleepiness may be depression, in part because I also have zero motivation, low mood, and maybe some other things she's noticed that I haven't.
It seems possible to me.
Tomorrow I'll try to make some music. If I can do anything productive, it's probably that.
