There is a lot of talk about the United States being interventionist in Venezuela... But China and Russia have been operating in the country for years, even before the sanctions, and even the Wagners of Russia have been reported here. What do you think is more interventionist? Is it okay for some to do it but not others? Shouldn't we be completely free from any foreign interventionism?
