Eastman used data from a CPA who did not have a degree in statistics, but he claims he did not know that the man had no experience working in election analysis.
Eastman says he does not remember saying how many felons were rumored by Trump to have voted. The state bar plays the recording of Eastman’s presentation in December, where he says about 2,500 felons voted -- & later the state found that the number was actually about 74.
