If would depend if the blue check is enough to signify that a tweet is a "boosted tweet" and properly disclosed.

Now every time I have seen one of these fucking verified posts that have no followers I know it always seems to be from accounts that seem to be completely corporate. I have never seen a gold check boosted on my Twitter timeline nor any random verified user.

Seems like twitter is playing fast and loose with the law now.
