I was on the fence about flying with SouthWest after their Christmas fuckup.
A little nervous about what would happen to the prepaid rental car if I got several hours late.
Outbound flight was perfect, but return flight yesterday was cancelled, rebooked 4 hours later, still direct flight, then ended up sitting by the gate for an hour after boarding, perhaps a mixtup about fuel weight?
Why not fill tanks entirely to eliminate any doubt, and solve the problem in 10 minutes instead of 60?
