I’ve only had them at a local Portillo and, yeah, hoping it was the place not the dish.
I’m personally partial to rød pølse and the specific way they serve it in Denmark (fried onions, the bun toasted on the side, mash, Danish ketchup (very different taste), probably something I forgot, and served with a Jolly Cola).
Just realized a hotdogs of the world feature would be something I’d read/view.
