The mother of indie electro-pop musician Grimes took to X this weekend to plead with Elon Musk, the platform’s owner and father to her three grandchildren, to stop withholding his and Grimes’ kids from Grimes so that the kids can visit their dying nonagenarian great-grandmother in Canada.
Grimes, 36, whose real name is Claire Boucher, filed a suit for parental rights against Musk in September in the Superior Court of California.
