the new turkish .tr domains go live next month... can't wait to activate mine and have replica.tr as the vanity import for replicatr
go makes the output binary by default the name of the folder the main function is located in, so currently it's git.replicatr.dev
the base name is taken for the website (and i'll be handing the keys to that domain over to the company who organised to get it built) but replica.tr is MINE :)
once it's all nice and production viable the domain will go live and i'll be forking mine to become my own personal project
maybe i will apply for a grant to do things with it, but then, maybe i'll make a plan for how to get people to deploy it and make money directly from running the relay and building a monetisation scheme into it, following a similar model to my buddy cloud fodder (nprofile…dg6l)
what i want most of all is to be able to set off a commerce-bomb of relay operators who interoperate and normalize nostr paid relays with full service that you literally don't even need more than two or three relays in your relay list, because the relay itself does all the legwork of pulling relevant data in for you, and nostr finally levels up to having some kind of a consensus for data propagation that doesn't compromise anything
