I went into the kitchen to get a glass of water and thought, why not do some prep work for lunch? While putting something in the oven, I noticed the napkins needed washing. I went to the laundry room to start a load of dirty kitchen napkins but ended up knocking over a jar of fabric deodorizer. After cleaning that up, I finally returned to the kitchen, only to find that I had already burned my food.
I should have just drunk the water.
