I believe it, they've been living solely off of Europoor and Burger tax dollars since the war started. Its not like they made much money off of whatever little industry was left on top of the grain and resource extraction that was still active.
As for the kike of Krivoy Rog, he'll get away and someone else will pay the tab he and his buttbuddies racked up. Least that is how I see it.
