I mention that because #Protonmail uses an American private company for their support, which means that anything sent to their support has absolutely no guarantee of privacy.
It's stated somewhere deep in their T&C and they provide an alternative way of getting support if you care to ask for it, but still it's a big flaw in "privacy by design".
