Watching mdadm sync two 8TB disks is like watching snails race.
It takes forever...
But hey, Rome wasn't built in a day, and after this is done, my NAS is finally back up and running properly... phew... only took roughly two months x.x oh my god.
This series of hardware and software failures was insane, intense, and annoying as fuck, let me tell ya.
All that because an eMMC chip failed, likely due to plugging in a 4GB microSD from china, which probably caused a devastating chain reaction...
