Well, the US apparently killed environmental regulation (which I was really hoping would help in protecting the atmosphere from Starlink reentries...shit)
I was recently asked by a publisher if I want to write a popular science book about satellite pollution. Not something I'd thought about, but maybe this ruling is my nudge to write.
If there's any sort of push for regulation in LEO, it's going to have to come from individuals, not governments. Maybe a book could actually help with that?
