I'd look very closely at anything converting 12V to USB 5V.
A metal box with inductance and decoupling and a little bulk capaitance on ins and outs, solves most things.
Assuming we are dealing with VHF airband stick all those ferrites as close as you can to the device.
Wanna stay below a tenth of a wavelength.
Many aviation radios mount to a metal box containing lots of filtering.
