According to Apple:
If a Beta user (TestFlight) is using the app and the app is also available in the App Store (Reqady for Sale), the Beta user (TestFlight) can still use the app until it expires. When it expires the app will no longer work. But you can let the Beta user know ahead of time that the app is now available in the App Store and they can go install it. Downloading the App Store version will just replace the TestFlight version and no data is lost.
