A week or so ago, I remember reading a note about someone creating a tool to generate an npub feed based on RSS.
Hopefully, that's still in the works somewhere as that'd solve some of these issues. Even if the Xers and bloggers we follow refuse to come over, such a tool could easily resolve this by allowing us to populate their content here on Nostr as well.
