Cr*p service from Curver/Keter UK, manufacturer of storage containers (especially pet food etc).
My lid failed so I enquired about replacement parts instead of buying a whole new friggin unit. There are ALL un-clipable for cleaning anyway so I know these are individually moulded components. I'm not stupid, a tit, but not stupid.
Reply from Curver/Keter said they'd only provide parts for warranty replacements and NOT available to purchase!
I told them that unnecessary plastic waste is VERY much frowned upon these days. 😞
