EDPB Rules of Procedure don't provide for it (maybe they could, IDK?) but there are a lot of criteria for the request to be accepted so the EDPB could find something to object to and the DPA would not follow up, effectively ending the (improperly filed) request. It might be illegal for the DPA to withdraw a perfectly valid request but it's really just a victimless administrative violation.",
