I went with archivebox. If I like it, I'll switch the storage to an SSD.
Installing archivebox was easy.
I spent most of my time correcting my own notes on Let's Encrypt and renewal hooks, and remembering how to automatically toggle my firewall to temporarily allow inbound http/https traffic to let Let's Encrypt do its thing.
Documentation updated for future me!
