what were the first few months like? adoption dynamics follow the typical curve. everyone on their best behavior, and without solid direction orchestration or guidance, principles to aspire to - everyone's back to what they were doing before in short order. cracking that plasticity is difficult. what really amazes me is how people are goaded into being algorithmically controlled and conditioned and often (95%+) have no idea it's even happened. [insert names of major social networks here.] What bothers me about the platform fundamentally though, is it ties in heavily with the goal of uniquely ID'ing the content of social publishing "posts." It's much easier to be "anonymous" if there isn't a single point of origination. With all internet traffic running through darpa since day one, and cloudflare proxying most of the web at this point, well - the future is looking mighty strange, and of course, this was all on the roadmap the whole time - just as things iterate the names of the players change, to of course keep the hands clean. anyway.. hoping you have a good day.
