The White House denied Monday that the U.S. government ignored the court order issued saturday to prevent the #deportation of #Venezuelan citizens to #ElSalvador by invoking the #Alien #Enemies Act and assured that the federal judge's decree lacks “legal basis.” “The Administration did not 'refuse to comply' with a court order. It was issued after terrorist aliens from TdA (an acronym for the transnational criminal gang #TrendeAragua) had already been removed from #U.S. territory. The written order and the Administration's actions do not clash,” #WhiteHouse spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt wrote in a message on X.
