Honestly never understood the appeal of multi-column apps, especially when they're marketed to people with ADHD like myself. I have a tiling WM for a reason, I'll split my screen when I need to.
Making it the default is just a horrible idea, I'd be even more distracted than usual and I don't even want to think about the damage it would do to my attention span (which is somehow still higher than most non-ADHD kids my age- I blame TikTok and other ultra-short form content platforms, I've been avoiding those like the plague & consuming long-form content as much as possible)
