“Until viable” is the most intentionally vague shit I’ve ever heard. Ohio’s law is now you can have an abortion until the baby is considered “viable.” An argument can be made that since 3-month-old babies can’t walk or talk or feed themselves, they’re not viable, no? When is a person viable? When their baby teeth come in? When they get their driver’s license? When they start paying taxes? If killing someone is legal now, let’s just go all the way. Make abortions legal until age 18.
