I eat at McDonalds very rarely.
I got to the point that 95%of the time I am capable to eat only a double/triple cheeseburger and nothing else tastes good. I usually even leave the buns out. With that I have less bad feelings about it as I eat what is the only tasty there for me and it is mostly fat and protein.
Keep on with the jogging part, that is something I rarely can get myself. It is boring for me so I started to take my dog with me. I hope when the winter is over I can force myself on it as it is "good for the dog".
