Might take a while for me to find a constructive path forward on this topic.
There have been days when I couldn't tell if the problem is inside my head, or I'm just dealing with someone very unreasonable. You start to doubt yourself.
It takes a heavy toll. I have a need to feel like I'm useful. I put so much of myself into these workshops, that it's a very personal form of rejection when things do go well.
