I said in 2013,, there would come a time when very few admitted ever trusting Glenn Greenwald or Ed Snowden. I am saying the same about Julian Assange now. All three were sociopaths who used journalism and “whisteblowing” as cover for their sophomoric, anti-authoritarian masturbatory rhetoric and hackneyed belief systems. That doesn’t mean some public good wasn’t filtered out of their ejaculate. So it goes.
