Because of my concentration problems, I write down lots of notes and daily to do lists. I like to check off all the things I have done or completed and it's mostly a satifying feeling to see that in written form.
Now I was wondering if I should move on to the next level and buy some star-shaped stickers, but maybe that's a bit over the top.😅
