I’m questioning the legality of this new #GDPR bypass trend.

The EU doctrine is that privacy is a right that comes for free for everyone, and that the user is always in control of what should be shared with 3rd-parties.

This new “accept all cookies or pay for a subscription” trend seems to be the absolute negation of this doctrine.
