RIP Daniel Ellsberg, an incredibly smart & courageous man. I can't think of anyone who has shown through word and action more clearly how the machinery of war works -- and how to challenge it.
If you only have a passing familiarity with the Pentagon Papers, I highly recommend his memoir "Secrets".
