The unwatched toddler with a baby, a man who cracks under pressure and goes postal, the psychotic prisoner who authorities dare not let loose, those creatures that can kill by accident, because the physicality of the kill has no meaning. The sociopath that has no empathy and no coda to compensate. It's an insentient issue.
