Welp, my microscale got here.
I calibrated it and just took the powder after weighing it.
Recommended dose is 10-30mg, though another site said 10-40mg.
My scale is not the best it seems because it kept oscillating between 0 and 0.04g (40mg) so I'm not sure if it means I took 40mg or 20mg but we'll see how it goes boyos, I'll keep you poasted.
