Steve Aioki almost went to the moon, for real. Fitting since that dude has supplied the soundtrack to quite a few of my interstellar journeys in the past. Bummer for him that this didn’t work out. I went to the Atari Teenage Riot show he produced in LA many years ago and that was like the pinnacle of an electronic music night for me. Even stayed sober so I wouldn’t forget it.
