Indeed we will, and my experience from CHOP/CHAZ is that there wasn't a predicate enough understanding of how this all can go before showing up as the thing to do.
Basically, the cohesion that brought us together in June had started coming apart by the end of July and a kind of coda on that was in September with a huge turnout to a bad beat on a march and that being pretty much that.
I will never stop thinking about how much some folks coulda used a breather in their own back yard rather than summoning themselves to my neighborhood where whatever is supposed to resemble organizing in the way we hope for was hit or miss and started generating more misses as more folks didn't hang. Or get chewed by the attempts to organize and find their folks.
Some of us even at the time and as it came to a close were somewhat adamant that there had to be some elemental decentralized and distributed action because the moment had kinda passed and nothing was really working with all eyes on us at all times because it was the place to be.
In my mind, I keep turning over 'something for anyone wherever they are and without others' to maybe be a way to pre-seed situational and operational awareness and cognizance when the fires of ire woosh in once again?
