Till km 13 I was leading

Then 1st woman : a Russian overtook me.

I told myself:“ listen to yourself - there are more then 12 k left, keep going, smile, have fun…“

Till km 19 second women overtook me. After an endless hill

My mind was still focused on me.
No distractions allowed.

While Running and competing there is a constantly self talk.

One negative thought about yourself and you don’t manage the next hill or maybe the whole race.

Mentally a race is like our life.

So keep talking good with you!

Have fun
Believe in yourself
And never quit.

We give up too early.

But once you started, there is no way back.

Go out of your comfort zone

Give a s*** about others
