First impression: Biden was far better than he was in the debate and also better than he was in the George Stephanopoulos interview. He navigated the weeds on foreign policy. I don't care that he mixed up a few names — he always has. But ... he faded toward the end and lost some of his earlier coherence. I think he helped himself a little.
