Wow. Think on a historical time scale, please. It took 250 years of people saying no to racialized chattel slavery in the Americas to get to the 13th Amendment. We haven't eliminated slavery in the US even now, 400 years on, but we're working on it by continuing to say no. Also I didn't realize you had such a narrow view of saying no. Actions speak louder than words, but they're still speaking.
