I struggle at grocery stores. They're over stimulating AF!
But for the first time ever, I was finally able to explain to someone why I struggle to make a list for someone to shop for me, or use a delivery app.
In my head, my grocery list isn't stored as words. It's stored as tastes, sorted by smells.
Ex. - I'm out of cereal. On the list is the taste of cereal with milk, and where to find the milk is by the smell of the dairy isle.
I can't easily convert to a list in English!
