there is no unregulated form of capitalism. What a bizarre idea. The question is how you regulate it and how you work around the problems with regulating - at the moment we're pretty deep in regulatory capture in all sorts of ways, in part because the political system has not really adapted to the new media innovations of the last 60 years, or at least not in any way to the benefit of the voters.
