I've worked in practice with autism for 11 years. There is no known cause. With weight of evidence being genetic. You could put 100 people in a row with autism. And all of them will have developed ASC by different factors.
You will typically find them say autism is caused by a variety of environmental, genetic and biological variables. Which is just a long way of saying we don't know.
You can add to that we don't know if vaccines play a role.
Stating vaccines cause autism. Is the same as stating violent computer games are responsible for creating the criminal underworld.
A good source of knowledge of autism is Dr Edward Carr. Who sadly was killed in a car accident.
