Saw a note the other day that said “what if” vs. “even if” - I’m definitely the “what if” type of person with overthinking everything and worrying about things that might never happen. Defo wanna change my #mindset to “even if” thinking hoping that it leads to more #freedom 🧡💆🏻♀️
